CCS is a consultancy firm, which advises on projects on renewable energy and reduction of energy consumption. The main activities of CCS are in the field of heat, biomass and combined heat and power (CHP). The mission of CCS is to realise cost effective energy solutions by an innovative approach. In order to support its mission, CCS is continuously improving and developing new applications. CCS offers a complete solution for your energy demand and takes care of the implementation of the required solution during the whole project period; from the conception of the idea to the technical support during the building period. Although the primary focus of CCS is on the Dutch market, it is and has been active in European projects, like the IEE project BioEnergy Farm on the economic feasibility of biogas production, which CCS is leading, and the FP 6 project CHRISGAS on producing biofuels by gasification of wood and the production of biofuels
Within the BiogasETC project, CCS has taken the challenge to develop a biogas upgrading plant for small biogas sources, as CCS found a market demand for a cost efficient biogas upgrading plant at that scale. Together with TNO and business partners Van der Wiel Biogas and Hadetec (mentioned as third partners) CCS is developing such a technology. CCS will be the responsible partner for the development of this technology, within the Climate KIC project.

Hadetec is a small firm specialised in gas generation, gas purification and gas treatment equipment. With over 20 years of experience in the design, manufacturing and installation of a.o. biogas cleaning and biogas upgrading to natural gas quality.
Within the BiogasETC project, Hadetec is involved in complementary funding activities. It is responsible for the technological development of the installation. It is part of the development consortium together with CCS, TNO, and Van der Wiel Biogas.
Van der Wiel Biogas is a firm specialised in the delivery, maintenance of biogas and landfill gas installations. Van der Wiel Biogas has the required skills to build the installation, market the installation and maintain the installation. Not only within the Netherlands, but worldwide.
Within the BiogasETC project, Van der Wiel Biogas is involved in complementary funding activities. It is responsible for the building of the installation. It is part of the development consortium together with CCS, TNO, and Hadetec. They will market the installation, once ready for market.
